By commissioning me, you agree to my terms.

I reserve the right to increase the price of a commission during work, if complexity or workload is increased, to compensate.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund your commission if I may be unable to complete it.

Refunds are not accepted. Upon payment the work is considered completed and the process will be continued.

I require full payment upfront, unless otherwise specified. 50% upfront for larger commissions (over $100) is possible but must be discussed prior to payment.

All payments will be completed via PayPal or Ko-Fi.

There will be an additional rush fee for commissions with short deadlines (under 1 week). This must be discussed with me prior to payment.

Upon discussion your commission will be added to my Trello and be considered pending. Once payment is completed your commission will be moved into the queue to be worked on.

I may send a sketch early for feedback, any changes at this point are considered free revisions.

After final commission delivery there is one free revision. Continued requests for edits will require additional payment

I maintain full copyrights over the artwork, including rights to use for promotional material or post on social media.

You may request for the artwork not to be posted. Must be discussed prior to payment.

Commissioned work is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to payment.

If work is intended to be used for commercial use there will be an extra fee, to be discussed prior to payment. Commercial uses include: Reselling (merchandise, prints, etc.) and Advertising

Usage relating to non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, blockchain or AI in any way is prohibited. Commission will be canceled immediately upon discovery and action will be taken. You will also be banned from any future commissions.
